I worked in the morning, in the evening I started to give an error: script extended don't support game version below 4.50 Game version: 4.1.1.4905117 Patch 6, Hotfix 22

Same here, I have to delet the DWrite.dll file to play without mods

Same here, played yesterday night and it was fine. Today I got the problem with 2 of my friends,and the only solution is to play without mods by deleting DWrite.dll and risk ruining the save file.

Found! Open BG3MM - Settings - Open Preferences - Script Extender Enable Developer Mode Updater - Select version 17.0.0.0

Can you do right click -> Properties -> Details on the .exe and check the version number?

I'm interested in the file version, i.e. the 4.50.22.896 value.

@Xploko the other version. But even with the version you provived it seems that your game is behind in patches. SE is only developed against the latest game release.
