Script Extender Not works and no error message #62

I followed the steps and put DXGI.dll into the DefEd\bin folder, the game start normally but I didn't see the loading message on the loading screen and the version number on main menu, of course the mods that needs Script Extender didn't work either. I receive no error message and no shut down, it feels like Script Extender not exist. I also used Mod Manager to install, but when I restart Mod Manager,it said Script Extender is missing, though DXGI.dll still in the DefEd\bin folder. Personally I think it is because my windows 10 already have a dxgi.dll, it cause conflict, but I'm not sure. My system version is Windows 10 Po 19041.208, Thank you very much.

Update: Well I still don't know way but I reinstall the system and it works...
