Update vite-plugin-dts #206

Hey! Can this PR be merged? https://github.com/NordSecurity/storyblok-rich-text-astro-renderer/pull/196

There is a security vulnerability regarding vite-plugin-dts using vue. Hopefully this MR can fix it, but would be even nicer to update to v4.
