todo... redesign theme with better flex css #49

I have redesigned on a personal project using better flexbox for menu and all. So it looks a bit more useful (top bar hiding when small screen, and left bar become top bar when minimizing with icon on top right).

I don't know how much time it will take to apply here ;).. .so I'll leave it as a todo.
