Please help me uninstall #1

I installed it and anytime I launch a mod with regulation.bin in it the rando just shows up and messes with my mods

The mod ships with it's own version of ModEngine2, and launches from that. How are you launching from the ModEngine2 that the randomizer uses? The only two ways to launch it are by using the button, that launches it from it's own instance of ModEngine 2 that is in it's own directory, so it's not your instance of ME2.

Or you would have had to copy over the mod file from the instance of ME2 that the randomizer ships with and put them in your own instance of ME2. In that case you would just have to remove the files from ME2.
