Can't properly install everything #12

The main issue is vcredst_arm.exe, simply saying it's incompatible and I need to find a proper version, which is lost on me because it's a new computer and should work with everything. Also, I can't launch/open the tool itself.

because you are trying to install ARM. you need x64
