This is an issue my friend is currently having.

Are they on the latest version of debug tool and the latest version of the game?

Do they have mods installed and or custom item lists for debug tool? Like the Resource folder.

The only mod that they have should be Seemless Co-Op. they just got the game recently. They downloaded the debug tool to help get out of the never ending loading bug
