Debug Tool.exe doesn't open #76

Downloaded to to an infinite loading screen glitch from Melina taking me to the round table. Same thing happened to my friend as we were playing together with Seamless Co-op. I downloaded the debug tool and it worked flawlessly. My friend downloaded it as well, but it wont open. Followed instructions of only opening the tool after loading into the character, and running it as administrator. It doesn't start at all, but a buffering wheel over the mouse cursor is shown for a few seconds after trying to open it. Any help is appreciated.

what are the 3 files? arent i just suppose to download the zip tool not the source codes

So he downloaded all three of them and it still doesn't work. The character he made isn't very far in so I've realized it may be better to just restart the character and do the Melina speech to the round table hold in a solo session.

I had the same issue, the problem was resolved after installing : (as explained in README)
