Update of reaction rates #12

It is unclear if the reaction rates used in the Oslo CTM3 are up to date. The latest update dates back to JPL17. (Latest JPL18 - published 2015).

This updated only involved following reaction:

OH + CH3OH --> CH3O + H2O -O2-> CH2O + HO2 --> CH2OH + H2O -O2-> CH2O + HO2
