bug fix #30: no gaussian grids. #31

if data is retrieved in reduced gaussian grid, we regrid data to regular latitude longitude so we can easily plot.

Should fix issue #30

@bgruening I think I managed to fix this issue. It took longer than expected because Copernicus changed its interface too!

Oo, how often do they do that? We should let them know that people are depending on this ... We have some nice collaboration with other data providers that do support us and at least inform us in advance.

They are not supposed to do it very often. They mostly fixed bugs. I am hoping to be notified in the future (I asked to be notified).
