To be able to retrieve any data from Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S)
User will need to pass their CDSAPI Key as an input file
The other input is the data request itself that can be composed online from the CDS data retrieval service. The request can be seen with "show API request" and paste as an input or given as an input file.

@bgruening How do we test the tool if there is no default user? C3S enforces any users to register if they want to use the API interface.

I don't think we can :( We can test for a specific error message, or we can test that the generated commandline is correct, but that it. Or you could ask them for a test account?

I will ask if we can get a test account. I can also check a request but it is not as robust. Thank you!

@bgruening To be honest, I am not sure what is the status... I think I have implemented all the requested changes. Do you think it is OK to merge this PR?
