@samumantha I am starting to add Galaxy tool for EODIE.

Working progress (in parallel to EODIE packaging).

TODO before we can merge:

Need to use percentile and add a test
Copernicus Sentinel (see https://eodie.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Example.html#larger-example-using-sentinel-2-data) & Landsat 8 (do we have an example with Landsat?).

Input files are too large to be added to the repository: maybe we can add example files in zenodo and download them in github action before running the tests.
