@j34ni Started to draft CESM Galaxy tool. Please add suggestions for customizing the tool:

• what namelist changes do you need (for which namelist ocn, atm, clm, etc.)
• what other advanced customization should we add?

We also need to think about inputdata (we will create a separate tool to prepare input dataset).
