C3S tool bug when zip file contains netCDF (and not GRIB) #54

If the zip file contains netCDF and not GRIB files, we still try to convert from GRIB to netCDF with cdo and the tool fails.

--> after unzip check the format of the files and if already netCDF, do not call cdo.
