Test suite should run rollup.sh and rollup2.sh? #172

There are two tests in the tests/ suite, rollup.sh and rollup2.sh, that are not being run by run_tests.sh - presumably an oversight. We should consider integrating those into the auto-run tests, as they safeguard against some bugs in the process rollup algorithm in sonar.
