Created tag v0.12.1-rc1, will deploy this to Fox for testing over the weekend wrt #44 especially.

v0.12.1 tagged and released with release notes and artifacts, https://github.com/NordicHPC/sonar/releases/tag/v0.12.1. I manually built a binary on my home Linux box and included it, I'll be curious to know whether it runs on the clusters (see #198).
