current pxt works with javascript but conversion for blocks is not working

Hi At some time I try and find time to see what is the problem.

• hex is accepted by https://pxt.microbit.org/beta
• however, there is "something" in the javascript that does not allow conversion to blocks

Edit the a b and radio input have to be defined outside of the main loop

I do not know what has happened here. If I try to open the hex I get a "file cannot be recognized" error message. It might have to do with the beta state of the editor, but I am only guessing. I checked the fork (https://github.com/microbit-drill/microbit-remote-car) and that version loads nicely in the editor on my side. I will dig a bit more into what has happened and will get the code updated
