Maybe remove the precompiled files #17

@Riphiphip Does the VS code project use the pc-xterm-lib package by bundling it first or is the pc-xterm-lib package distributed “as-is”?

I was wondering whether we could remove the precompiled files here by compiling pc-xterm-lib in a postinstall script, but since that requires a TypeScript compiler this only works well if that script is only run in a development environment. This would be true for the CM app because there pc-xterm-lib is bundled into other code, but I do not know whether this is also correct for the VS code project.

The Serial Monitor will bundle pc-xterm-lib as a static resource, so building in a postinstall script should be fine.
