What's new?

Prevent resizing activity when keyboard visible.
Add device name on Toolbar when connected.
Redesign UART screen. Separate text input and macros into two tabs.
Use DiscoveredBluetoothDevice instead of BluetoothDevice when possible.
Consume UART output on separate synchronized thread to allow often updates.
Change dialogs to AlertDialogs for UART profile.
New icons for UART profile.
Update libraries.
