Fix for Android #44

I tried implementing setting the mode from the config, but I had no way to test it. Imo it doesn't even compile.

The code should compile now. However, while the mode seems to default to .confirmOnly, which is correct, I can't find if nRF Programmer is changing the eraseAppSettings to false. Also, pipelining seems to default to 1?
