Replacing custom firmware with newer version #484

This PR deletes the custom fw for nRF51 DK and instead provides HEX and ZIP files from nRF5 SDK 7.1 with Buttonless service. This files work on nRF52840 DK.

To test DFU with nRF52840 DK you may flash the HEX on the DK and run the Example app. Select Nordic Buttonless device.
