Minor bugfixes in all profiles

Profile Changes

General

Disconnect section was renames: Disconnect -> Connection
Removed 'Monitor' / 'Sensor' words from profile titles.
Removed S-word (self)

Blood Glucose

All / First / Last selector was added to Actions section
Action section was moved up

Before	After

Blood Pressure

Now sections are hidden if there're no cells inside.

Removed right side labels from the graph
Added paddings to the graph
Added units to Heart Rate value
Disabled shrink of chart
