Added Thingy:53 Sensor Hub Sample Services #133

Services & Characteristics (roughly) listed here https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/nordic-blog/b/blog/posts/thingy-53-sensor-hub There are digits / letters in hex missing from some of those UUIDs. Hopefully we filled-them in correctly. No wait, in hex form I think there are no missing digits.
