Cleanup CI, fix JSCS #10

This PR adds TravisCI and cleans up the existing JSCS errors that we had in the repo.

I failed to enable Travis before opening this but you can see that it passes at: https://travis-ci.org/Nordstrom/artillery-plugin-aws-sigv4
