Adds support for viewing reactions of pull requests as well as issues.

Also, a few other tweaks:

Subtle UI tweaks to make things a bit less crowded
Added .prettierrc to stick with code conventions
Remove all template strings as it causes Brave to error out
Minor "component-like" refactoring to make it a bit more easy to read/modify UI code
Remove background file as it isn't used/needed
