Markdown Linter #24

Is it worth looking into options for Linting markdown? To ease with contributing?

This looks fairly decent https://github.com/DavidAnson/markdownlint but there may be better options?

An added bonus would be checking image tags, especially ones that make reference to a static resource, e.g:
