I have the same problem.
I used cluster config
(without the dash) and it worked for me. So my entire command was
ibmcloud ks cluster config --cluster <cluster_name_or_ID>
ibmcloud ks cluster config --cluster mycluster

Thank you for your response. i successfully downloaded "ibmcloud ks cluster config --cluster mycluster"
However, when i ran "kubectl get nodes" at the Command Prompt, i got a response "kebectl is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
Please kindly provide further assistance.
