Hi, I want to know how to schedule the mastery exam time. So, what can we do?

Hi, I think each one should contact/ or wait for information from its local contact point. Usually (from my experience with prior IBM certifications), the local contact point organises the certification exam in its exam center (it is not remote as for the explorer one). Best regards, Hanen.
