Update /dist with latest code

The latest release did not include the updated /dist files, so installing through bower you are not able to get the updates.

Thanks for taking care of minimap start minimized, I have been swamped.

Aw, crap. Typical me to forget! Fixed it now, guess I should make a git hook or something to keep this from happening in the future.
