Start versioning

Mapbox would love to host the plugin on its CDN (prominent plugins are already there), but for that Leaflet-MiniMap needs to be versioned. Ref https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox.js/issues/687

• [x] add a package.json file
• [x] tag a release with git

OK, have been thinking about that for a while anyway. Guess I might as well make it release 1.0.0 since things are pretty stable now!
