If you have anything connected to the X / Y Cv inputs that will happen. Theres an unlabelled button in the editor to ignore CV. Its bottom left next to the metronome.
You can press space to trigger the module.
If the Cvs aren't connected then the knobs must be generating input. Try twisting them fully one way or another and leave them whilst editing.

Yup the knobs were generating input. All good ! You did an awesome job with these modules !
