[Windows] "load bank"/"save bank" feature is unintuitive or nonfunctional #6

In Windows 10 I am finding that the "load bank" and "save bank" buttons only seem to bring up a folder browser window, do not seem to remember the folder I select (at least between sessions) and do not seem to do anything. No files appear to be generated in the selected folder for either button. I am not clear how this feature is supposed to work.

I'll add instructions for load bank / save bank to the guide.

Basically 'load bank' allows you to select a folder of presets and send the first 16 to the module. Save Bank will write all the module presets to your computer, named in such a way that they can be copied to the SD card and used directly.

I'll have to test again but I don't think it was working for me. I didn't see any files generated in the selected folder for either button.
