DC component leakage #22

Why does the DC component seem to be leaking into surrounding bins? Maybe it is a matter of the window function?

The DC component leakage is most likely caused by the fft window functions. When using a rectangular window function (i.e. no window function), the DC component only shows up in the first frequency bin.
