Update the wireframe in figma .

Design:

[x] Draw up wireframes of the page.
[x] Make a desktop and mobile view prototype using Figma.
[ ] Send the prototype to the devteam

Index page looks good and designed according to the standards. I know there was one issue with contrast on the hover for the donate part, so will move to dev after that part is fixed :)
