Move darkmode button to hamburger #235

The darkmode button is taking alot of space in the header section, therefore its needed to move the darkmode button into the hamburger menu on small screens:

Move the button into the hamburger menu (only on small screens)
Keep darkmode on bigger screens
Keep functionality of the button no matter where it is

@robfil50219 @DanielEkerhovd This ticket can not be completed before PR is reworked. The changes introduced will make the header not look right. I dont think we have time to fix it as the meeting is in 30 minutes. This might be a task for the next team.
