Terms & Conditions Reebonz Black & Solitaire Membership By agreeing to join Reebonz’s Black/Solitaire Membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions stated below:

Information provided to Reebonz Pte Ltd will enable the company to perform the following (including but not limited to): (a) keep track of purchase records; (b) allocate Loyalty Points according to purchase records; (c) send periodic updates on Reebonz’s sales program for loyalty points purposes.

You also consent to the following (including but not limited to): (a) Reebonz’s collection and use of any data required; (b) Reebonz sharing any relevant information within Reebonz’s group of offices that are established worldwide, for the purposes stated above.

  1. Reebonz Pte Ltd reserves the right to withdraw privileges and make changes to the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
  2. Reebonz Black/ Solitaire membership may (including but not limited to) be closed, amended, varied, added to, deleted or modified including those relating to the withdrawal of / additional benefits / privilege at any time without notice.
  3. The decision of Reebonz Pte Ltd. on all matters relating to Reebonz Black / Solitaire membership shall be final and binding to the registrants.
  4. Reebonz reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Reebonz Loyalty Program. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Reebonz will notify its Black members via email or postal mailing, as well as communicate this on our website. Solitaire members will not receive any compensation from Reebonz in the event of modification or suspension of the Reebonz Loyalty Program.
  5. Customers who require Reebonz to delete their Customer's data from Reebonz's database will forthwith lose any and all store credits accumulated by the Customer in that database.

REEBONZ DATA PROTECTION PARAMETERS

  1. Reebonz collects data from and about its Customers who join its Reebonz Loyalty Program only for the following purposes: (a) to keep track of member's purchase records; (b) to allocate points according to member's purchase records; (c) to update our profiling of member's preferences so that we may tailor our products and services to serve customers/members better.
  2. Reebonz will not disclose Customers' data to any third party.
  3. Reebonz shall be entitled to disclose customers'/members' data to only the following: (a) Reebonz’s solicitors for purposes of legal advice, settlement of dispute or litigation to protect Reebonz’s interest; (b) Persons involved in collecting a debt owed by that customer/member to Reebonz; (c) Persons identified in a Court subpoena in compliance with any Court subpoena; (d) Any government institution who has made a lawful request for such data; (e) To a statistician for scholarly or research purposes; or (f) Where such disclosure is required by law.

Reebonz Care Program Bio-Cleaning & Refurbishment Services • Manual cleaning (external surface, inner lining, strap & hardware) • Moisturising & polishing of leather • Sterilization • Odour & mould removal This service only entitles you care for leather bags and does not include ANY removal of stains (including but not limited to ink, oil, water, colour transfer or blemishes).

1) Reebonz Pte Ltd will clean every leather item using methods and chemicals best suited to its nature and condition.

2) Reebonz Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility for any inherent weakness or defect in items brought in for servicing.

3) In cleaning, Reebonz Pte Ltd will accept no responsibility for color loss or damage.

4) All items must be claimed within the collection date stated on the receipt. Reebonz Pte Ltd will accept no responsibility for the condition of unclaimed items beyond the stated period.

5) Reebonz Pte Ltd will do our best to clean items according to customers' requests as much as possible to achieve the closest expectation.

6) Customers should inspect all items before and upon collection. Any dissatisfaction should be made known to the counter staff immediately. Reebonz Pte Ltd will accept no responsibility for any subsequent complaints.

7) Subject to the above conditions, Reebonz Pte Ltd limits our liability to no more than ten times the regular service charge of each item, to a maximum of S$800, if it is proven to be damaged due to our negligence.

8) Reebonz reserves the Right to revise this Agreement at anytime or impose additional rules, policies or terms and conditions without prior notice. Such revisions (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Additional Terms") shall be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement.

Drop-Off / Self-Collection To redeem your complimentary Reebonz Care service, please bring along your voucher* and drop off your bag at Reebonz SPACE, 24 Raffles Place #07-07 Clifford Centre, Singapore 048621.

You may drop-off and collect your bags at the scheduled dates stated below.

Schedule 1 Drop-off: By 5pm on the 15th of the month Collection: After 5pm on the 30th of the month

Scheudle 2 Drop-off: By 5pm on the 30th of the month Collection: After 5pm on the 15th of the following month

*Please note that each voucher enttiles you to cleaning services for one bag.
