We need to use 100% the same Layout design as it's visible in reference links. You should take care at every design element, like text fonts/colour/mouse hover.. images, distances between blocks and so on..

This page is divided into 4 logical parts like: -- In Top we have an Image and the text over image in middle of the image. -- In Left side we have some description -- In Right side, currently we have 3 different Tabs with different different forms; in future we need to have a flexibility to add the new Tabs with different forms, using the same design as it's created into first 3 Tabs. -- In Down side we have an individual Block which contain: -- head text: "And in support of our business partners" -- 4 columns with 4 different Images / Titles / Descriptions

You'll create the content in English by default and we'll translate it in rest of the languages. You should be focus at the reference pages, to create the theme 100% like in that links.
