Add required courses from other tabs #14

Created a schedules service, which can be called in all tabs, to handle this. There's probably still some edge cases when manipulating things in the "Plan" ui, but I think the md-on-add attribute for chips may help, so I'm going to wait until we upgrade to the latest Angular Material to handle this.
