3. Create GUI to choose the color deficiency type #57

The color deficiency type can be chosen under the tab Fargeblindhet. The options should be at least ingen, protan, deutan and tritan. The options can be shown as radio boxes or in a drop down menue. The chosen option will be stored in the global variable for simulation_type.
