Hey @vleong2332 - Our Contact Forms on the websute used to capture IP Address as a "hidden field" and provide that information to Zoho. Whe webforms we use are built in our Zoho CRM and then restyled to fit the look of our website.

Do you have any experience with capturing IP Addresses via webforms? Would you be the right person to audit our setup between the Zoho Webform hosted on our site and why that IP Address information is no longer passing into Zoho CRM?
