SSL Certificate & Custom Domain not setup for www-dev.2edusite.com and www-feature.2edusite.com

With regards to issue #134

Steps to reproduce:

go to a web browser, and navigate to: www-dev.2edusite.com go to a web browser, and navigate to: www-feature.2edusite.com

expected behavior: our React App should load with the ssl certificate confirmation in the browser navigation bar

actual behavior: 

404 Not Found

Feature branch now gets deployed to s3 and is available at web domainwww-feature.2edusite.com.
