API change in Dev is deployed by Travis CI #248

Making a change to one of the APIs and pushing to the dev branch will have Travis CI deploy the change to AWS.

Estimated time to complete task: 10 hours Actual time to complete task: 8 hours notes on task completion: (I scrapped a second solution to deploy on lambdas which were changed and decided to stick with the original script from last sprint to deploy all lambdas.)
