This was a relatively quick task. I spent about 3 hours on it adjusting the code to accommodate string values instead of integers. I spent about another 7-8 hours trying to troubleshoot why my connection to the Iot-Hub was not working.
For someone else testing, I would give myself 30 min to 1 hour to complete the task.
