Adding the date object to the lambda function

Change the bucket name to be the existing serverless-artillery, then copy the test results and uploaded them to it.
- Change the permissions at the S3 bucket to be publicly accessible
- Test the bucket to see if the test results were uploaded or not.
- Test the URL of the uploaded test results and make sure that it is accessible and working.
