UI Test for /users/userid/tasks/taskid #232

With this first iteration, /users/1/tasks/1is being tested.

Note: the blob access string from the Azure's storage account access keys is saved under GitHub secrets

I am failing the test as the GitHub action cannot connect to Azure Blob, whilst using same credentials that work for other users. Additional testing: I have tested the upload part of the code with the "live" connection string on the local machine/az cli, and it uploads successfully.
