The part of the code that implements the functionality is the if statement that has a CACHE TOGGLE boolean that the default is "on". This is what would be pulled in the repo.

You can deploy the functionality locally by opening the functions folder in the project folder in VS Code. Set up environment using the proper python pathway. For example, using 3.7 version pathway. Run the debugger it is the left hand icon on the left tool bar that has a play button and a bug picture on it.

You can configure the functionality by turning off and on the CACHE TOGGLE on azure configurations. Only the developers should be able to do this.

Login into azure services. Go to configuration and turn off and on the CACHE TOGGLE.

There is no input needed. The output would be the stopping of the caching. Possible trouble shooting issues would be not logging into azure for NSC account. Make sure you have the proper login and password.
