The documentation will allow different boots to cost a certain amount of notches to equip. This feature introduces notches (10) that you can use to wear multiple boots at once. Once you reach all 10 notches, you cannot equip more unless you unequip what you already have. Some boots that have been worn will have the effects stacked.
