Mouse Support #18

I just implemented crude mouse support using xterm-compatible escape sequences. Is it worth my time to clean up the code to be decent quality and open a PR?

Note that the reported positions aren't quite right, so there's probably some offset or scaling factor I'm missing. It is enough to make usable TUIs listen to the mouse though.

If you're still willing to clean it up and PR it please do. I'll look at it once it comes in, ping me on the discord (North Western Bear) if I don't respond within a couple of days. None of these issues have sent me emails for some reason.
