channel unit.csv creation throws error

@volkcj can you provide a bit more detail please. I can't reproduce this.

• does this occur every time? Is it repeatable?
• Was it one or multiple visits selected at the time?
• If one visit, then which ID?
• Please provide screenshot of your folder settings under Tools-Options menu.

I still cannot reproduce this. @KellyMWhitehead can you please try and reproduce this.

1. Open workbench.
2. Set all your folders to C:\ on the Tools-Options-Folders screen.
3. Filter to visit 225 (Asotin)
4. Right click on the row for visit 225 and choose Create Channel Unit CSV.
