Rename DpthThlwgMax_Avg #48

Rename the topo metric DpthThlwgMax_Avg to indicate that it simply reports the average of max depths in each channel unit type. It does not sample along the Thalweg.

The display name short for Metrics 3365 (Tier 1) and 3369 (Tier2) were both changed from DpthThlwgMax_Avg to DpthMax_Avg in workbench database version 47 on 17 Oct 2017.
